Logo Design: Brief & Result

The colour scheme employed for Aqua Linen embodies aquatic and fluid elements, drawing inspiration from the hues found in the ocean and sea palettes.

The ultimate aim was to develop a distinctive logo that would be instantly recognizable and memorable, with the initials prominently displayed at the centre of the design, ensuring a strong association between the logo and the brand name.

As a result, the logo effectively represents Aqua Linen’s identity and differentiates it from competitors.

Website (UI/UX)

During the creation of the website, I analysed competitor sites and realised that a lot of competition had websites that didn’t look modern and had very few limited ways of getting in touch.

Furthermore, there were a lot of pain points and not enough keywords being used, which ultimately would lose the appeal of users because they cant find what they’re looking for.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

Utilising google analytics, SEMRush and Moz on Google Chrome for keyword research, I started to create content and copy for the website. With an overall score of 85/100.

Furthermore, ensuring the language aligned with the branding and company language across the site. I also took advantage of CTA’s as this would be the core of gaining leads that competitors lacked.

Marketing – Brief & Results

Due to the way the business functions, a lot of sales methods require in hand or hardcopy material rather than digital marketing. Therefore I took lead on marketing material, organising a flyer to be posted to local businesses and also a letter with an officially designed envelope.

The flyers would be used to inform potential customers of our prices and business, where as the letters in envelopes would be sent out to customers that already existed.

Result

The response to this was feedback from customers who felt valued, appreciated and got in touch to say thank you and were happy to carry on their business with us. The flyers bought in enquiries and emails, generating leads, but furthermore created awareness of Aqua Linen.
