Senior Graphic/Web Designer & Marketer
As the inaugural graphic designer at KPI, I undertook the crucial task of revitalising and strengthening the newly initiated branding strategy. My journey began with enhancing all social media platforms and client-facing materials, including brochures and web designs.
The impact was immediate and profound – heightened client interaction and increased online engagement became the norm, signalling the success of our revamped approach. Building on this momentum, I focused on overhauling and updating in-house documents to align with the new brand guidelines, significantly aiding recruiters in client meetings.
My role has since evolved to encompass the curation of specialised media for directors and senior consultants, catering to client meetings and facilitating large print orders. Additionally, I spearhead the creation of materials for all events, job fairs, and exhibitions, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence. Notably, I am responsible for crafting the visual and aesthetic elements across our seven office locations throughout the UK, contributing to a unified and dynamic workspace environment.
Design Manager
As a Design Manager, my responsibilities include ensuring the seamless execution of all projects and guaranteeing the satisfaction of Directors and Stakeholders while adhering to company standards and meeting deadlines. Additionally, I manage budgets and resources, successfully reducing expenditure and achieving notable results. This includes increased productivity through the recruitment of skilled employees, which has subsequently led to higher product sales. Moreover, by revamping outdated assets and enhancing quality, we extended our reach through effective web and email marketing campaigns.
Due to the recognition of my accomplishments, my responsibilities expanded to include managing the web development team. My bilingual abilities facilitate effective communication and project management, enabling me to oversee asset quality control for our sister companies. This ensures adherence to company standards, thereby boosting engagement and revenue across the board.
I am also tasked with relaying crucial information and decisions to Directors on a weekly basis. This role highlights my capability in tracking data, performing comparative analyses, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, I present analytical data gathered by teams to senior company managers and stakeholders, demonstrating improvements and areas needing attention.
My skills in managing both UK and international teams necessitate punctuality and discipline in navigating time differences, as well as effective communication. Additionally, relaying company information to Directors requires clarity and conciseness, further demonstrating my communication abilities. Consequently, I lead the entire design team and serve as the project manager for both teams. I also collaborate with various departments, including the Amazon team, eBay team, and e-commerce teams.
